I'm trying to work out where this is 'cos it was only a small sleepy coastal town on the northwest of the South Island & we didn't stop there except to stretch our legs. I'll have a look on Google Earth later & see if I can suss it but if anyone knows  confused

OK... still trying to suss it... from the date on the exif it's somewhere down the west coast of the north island on the way down to Wellington. Only stopped there for a short break... there was a small town & a carpark onto the beach.

Don't ask me, I'm no Kiwi. Typical though, they can't even keep their beaches clean.   Cheesy Tongue
