OK, after looking out of the window this morning and seeing a really damp/misty/murky day (which hasnt got any better so far) I am looking for inspiration. What would you photograph on days like this... How would you make an overcast day into something in which you can take an interesting image?

Great difficulty... skies tend to be blown or non descript... shadows don't exist... I guess you subject matter has to change so that you're showing the way people react to the weather... home in on certain aspects/details... of course fog can be fun.

Did you notice a big difference in the light in America?

It always seems a lot brighter here than it ever was in the UK thus making easier photo opps.

Going to a Highland games in Atlanta! tomorrow.  Should be good for some good pictures and HD video.

Ooh hope you'll share some of those photos Smiley  I did notice that it was much easier to take nice colourful images. I wish we had better light Sad

Rained on and off all day, but got some good pics in spite of it.  See other thread.  Will post some in the next day or two.

Usually rains buckets when it rains here but not too bad today.  You've heard that song, "A Rainy night in Georgia"?  Now I know what they mean.

Great to know you got some pics and will post some Smiley

I'd heard that the rain can be bad there. I know we've visited Florida in hurricane season, and seen some major rainstorms...
