Travelthrutime Forum Rules and Guidelines

As this site is open to all ages, and backgrounds, it is important that you follow the forum rules and guidelines.

Please note that these rules are in addition to the website terms and conditions.


Material
Do not post any material in the forum which is subject to copyright. Any materials that do not meet this requirement will be removed from the website.
Do not post any material (or links to material) that could be classed as offensive. Any offensive posts and links will be deleted.
Any information which comes from an external source needs to be credited to the original author, and where possible a link to the source should also be provided.
If you are uploading an image to be identified by the members, please note, any images uploaded to the forum should be a maximum size of 800 x 600 pixels. Larger images can be uploaded onto the main website and linked to the forum if you wish.

Forum Content

It is against the website rules to include any content that is classed as illegal. We will not tolerate any links to sites which contain information about illegal content.

Forum Language

This forum is an English speaking forum. All posts must be in English, and any posts which do not comply will be deleted.

Forum Behaviour
As the forum is open to all ages, it is important that there is no swearing. Any bad language will be edited out, or the post deleted. If you find any swearing, please report it to the admin team by using the report to moderator button.
We want the forum to be open and friendly.
Treat everyone with respect. Every member has a right to their own opinion, and this should be respected.
It is not acceptable to insult or make inflamatory comments about another member.

Advertising

The forum is not an advertising space for individuals and companies. Should you wish to advertise, please contact the site admin team.

Signatures, Member Names and Avatars

Forum signatures are limited to 300 characters.
No images are to be in signatures.
Avatars are limited to a maximum size of 100x100 pixels.
Any avatar deemed to be offensive will be removed from the website.

Disputes and Issues
If you feel a post is in violation of these terms and conditions, please use the report to moderator button, and the site admin team will sort out any issues you have privately.
If you feel your post has been moderated without good reason, please contact the site admin team by PM and we will do our best to sort out any issues in private.

Anything Else
If a post does not follow the above rules it will be edited or deleted by the site moderators and admin.
In serious cases, or persistant rule breaking, a member will be banned from posting on the forums, or their account being suspended or terminated.
Opinions expressed on the forum are the opinions of the poster, and not neccesarily the opinion of the website owners.
We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions as and when deemed necessary. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be announced in the forum.
