By becoming a member of Travelthrutime.com you agree to the

| 1) | The use of all the content of the site is free for personal and educational use only. Members are free to upload as many photos as they wish, with no restrictions on space allocated. Business users please contact the site owners. |

Members will provide valid contact details to allow
the site admin to contact you. These details will not
be shared with any outside website, or with other members.
You have the option to keep all your details private,
should you so wish. Travelthrutime.com are not liable for any loss or damage caused from your failure to provide and update us with accurate information or the failure to keep your password secure. |
| 3) | We reserve the right to change, add and subtract from these terms and conditions at any time. The current Terms and Conditions are available to view via a link on the links page of this site. These Terms and Conditions will replace any previously posted, and a notice of updated terms will be posted on the website. It is the responsibility of the individual member to make themselves aware of what changes have been made. |
| 4) | Travelthrutime.com continues to develop and improve its scope of services provided. We therefore reserve the right to make any improvements, changes to the website, or discontinue services we provide. In the event of a major change, we will endeavour to give our members notice of any changes to the service we provide. |
| 5) | Travelthrutime.com is not an archiving service. Your photographs and other material will still need to be stored by you. We are not liable for any loss arising from the use of our services. |
| 6) | All photographs uploaded to this site remain the property of the member, but we reserve the right to use/display any photograph, or part thereof, anywhere on this website. |
| 7) | As the ownership of any uploaded photograph remains with the member who uploads it, members will not use any photograph uploaded to this site without the permission of the copyright owner. |

Travelthrutime.com is an educational and family friendly
website. Members are to understand that all information uploaded and stored on our databases are the responsibility of the person posting them. You are responsible for your own conduct whilst using this site. Members will not post any material which is confidential, subject to copyright restrictions, or could cause offence to our members. Posting materials which do not comply could render your account disabled, or your membership with us terminated. Travelthrutime.com is only for purposes that are legal, any content deemed illegal will be removed, and membership terminated. |
| 9) | Travelthrutime.com provides links to other websites recommended by our members. We are not responsible for the content on those websites. If a link is reported to us as unsuitable, or a site ceases service, we will remove the link from our pages. |

You may discontinue your membership with us at any time.
Should you wish to terminate your membership, please

Travelthrutime.com is privately owned and maintained
by volunteers. To offset the costs of running and maintenance,
we operate a "members" advertising service. We may also display advertisements and promotions from various sources, including, but not limited to, context sensitive advertising. As we are privately owned, the manner, mode and extent of advertising on this site are subject to change. Travelthrutime.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred by you as a result of you contacting the advertisers. |

team for approval. Travelthrutime.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred by you as a result of our members contacting and/or using your services. |
| A3) | Should you decide to advertise with Travelthrutime.com, payments shall be paid at the time of the order. You will be notified by site admin upon commencement of your agreed subscription period start date. During the final month of your subscription, Travelthrutime.com will contact you to inform you your subscription is due for renewal, and provide you with any new terms of advertising with us. |

Advertisements run for a 12 month period, unless agreed
in advance with the site admin. Advertisements will then be removed from from the website, unless renewal terms have been agreed and the payment has been received in full. |
